M&G seeks an Operational Resilience Analyst on a 9-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working in Stirling or Edinburgh. You will embed resilience practices across Life, support the COO, and help manage continuity, incident response and testing activities to ensure service stability during disruptions.
You will collaborate with Risk, Assurance and Remediation, Operational Risk, and IT teams to identify vulnerabilities and drive ongoing improvements in resilience capabilities.
