The Executive, Customer and Claims Servicing delivers timely, accurate, and compliant claims processing, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end assessment and operational efficiency within a 24/7 rotational claims environment.
- Perform full-cycle claims processing, including:
- Verification and validation of submitted documents
- Detailed review and interpretation of medical reports
- Assessment of claim eligibility in accordance with policy terms, exclusions, and underwriting notes
- Preparation and submission of claim approval recommendations
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation across all steps
Work Nature / Working Schedule
- Operate under a 24/7 rotational shift schedule to ensure uninterrupted claim support.
- Working day, evening, and night shifts as scheduled.
- Provide support during weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
- Respond promptly to urgent and time‑sensitive claims.
- Adapt to operational shift changes as required.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in claims assessment, medical review, or related fields
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documents
- Ability to interpret policy terms, exclusions, and underwriting notes
- High accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain medical/technical points clearly
- Adaptability to shift schedules and operational changes
