Job Purpose
The Head of Enterprise Architecture, Data and AI Enablement is a senior technology leader responsible for defining and executing the enterprise architecture vision, owning the data platform strategy, and enabling the organization to make data-driven and AI-supported decisions. This role is focused on technology strategy, platform engineering, and architectural governance - not on data science or AI model development.
Job Responsibilities
- Enterprise Architecture Leadership
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps to ensure technology alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design and integration of scalable, secure, and resilient IT systems, including cloud, infrastructure, and application platforms.
- Govern architectural decisions and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Data Platform Ownership
- Own the strategy, development, and operation of the enterprise data platform, ensuring it supports business intelligence, reporting, and analytics needs.
- Oversee platform engineering, data integration, and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, security, and accessibility across the organization.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the data platform’s capabilities.
- Enablement for Data-Driven & AI-Supported Decision Making
- Provide the technical foundation and tools for business teams to leverage data and AI in decision making.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI enablement.
- Promote data literacy and technology adoption across the organization.
- Stay current with technology trends and recommend solutions that drive business value.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Build and lead a team of enterprise architects, platform engineers, and data platform specialists.
- Mentor and develop technical talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Influence senior stakeholders and communicate technology strategy effectively.

Job Requirements
- Qualifications, Knowledge and skill
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, and IT strategy in large organizations.
- Strong background in cloud platforms, data infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technology transformation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
