The Executive, Agency Onboarding Support supports daily operations, coordinates product launches and sales incentive payouts, prepares reports, and provides end-to-end support to the sales team and MDRT qualifiers.

  • To support the operation process and ensure that the daily operation runs smoothly
  • To handle the tasks that are required in launching and distributing products
  • To coordinate with sales teams for payout of commissions/sales incentives to all intermediaries
  • Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
  • Prepare the reports and data related to the customer service and operations functions
  • To handle the end-to-end process of supporting MDRT qualifiers and the sales team

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations
  • Relevant experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred
  • Strong command of spoken and written English with good presentation skills
  • Good coordination, decision-making, and process management skills
