To provide efficient administrative and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective coordination, and a well-organized working environment. Regular in-office attendance is required for effective team collaboration.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized working environment
- Support workplace health, safety, and security procedures
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services (cleaning, security, utilities, etc.)
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry items; monitor stock and place orders when required
- Support office space management, seating arrangements, and meeting room bookings
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic) and ensure proper document control
- Support internal events, meetings, trainings, and townhalls
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers
- Track invoices, expenses, and payment requests related to office administration
- Provide administrative support to the agent (ID cards, access cards, office requests, etc.)
- Support onboarding logistics for new joiners (workspace, equipment, office orientation)
- Support communications related to agency processes, updates, and administrative matters in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc agency administration reports
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in office administration or an administrative support role
Preferred Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
