We are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a fast-paced financial advisory team with administrative coordination, scheduling, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, enjoys supporting people behind the scenes, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar scheduling
  • Assist with reminders, follow-ups, and administrative coordination
  • Support light personal and operational errands when required
  • Organise documents, records, and simple task tracking
  • Liaise professionally via WhatsApp, email, and calls when needed
  • Provide timely updates and support for ongoing tasks/projects
