We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Recruitment Officer to support talent outreach and recruitment initiatives within a growing financial advisory team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and identifying suitable individuals for career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective candidates through referrals, social media, networking, and outreach initiatives
- Share career opportunities and arrange introductory conversations/appointments
- Coordinate candidate follow-ups and scheduling
- Support recruitment campaigns, events, and talent engagement activities
- Maintain proper tracking and communication with interested candidates
- Work closely with leaders to identify suitable talent profiles
