We are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a fast-paced financial advisory team with administrative coordination, scheduling, and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar scheduling
- Assist with reminders, follow-ups, and administrative coordination
- Support light personal and operational errands when required
