Our Business:
The Institutional Client Group (ICG) is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the global strategy for PGIM\’s institutional client engagement, capital raising and business development activities across key markets and asset classes. The team partners closely with PGIM’s investment, marketing and product teams to deliver solutions for our clients and consultants. The team also focuses on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with the largest pensions, endowments, corporations, unions, sovereign wealth funds and family offices globally.
What you will do
In your new role as Consultant Relations Senior Specialist you will be an integral part of the Global Consultant Relations Team primarily focused on the UK & Ireland with oversight of consultant activity across EMEA. As part of the EMEA consultant relations team you will be part of the team responsible for managing PGIM’s relationships with global investment consultants across the region.
What you can expect
- Develop Asset class fluency and a solid understanding of PGIM strategies (traditional fixed income, private credit, real estate and equities).
- Initially providing assistance in manager research processes, new business opportunities EMEA wide oversight, and in time fully owning these processes.
- Using your private credit experience to build relationships with consultants specialising in this area.
- Attend proprietary and third party conferences and events to represent PGIM and develop own network.
- Partner with internal teams across global offices to further prospecting efforts and broader ad-hoc collaborative projects. These teams will include product strategy, marketing, investment professionals, compliance and executive management

What we offer you

- Annual Leave of 25 to 28 days, based on years of service, at full pay.
- Retirement Savings Plan: Employees receive a company contribution of 10% basic annual salary and a maximum employer-matching contribution of 5% of basic annual salary.
- Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 8 times your basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 75% of your base annual salary for a limited payment term of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2 times your base annual salary is payable
