The Institutional Client Group (ICG) is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the global strategy for PGIM's institutional client engagement, capital raising and business development activities across key markets and asset classes. The team partners closely with PGIM's investment, marketing and product teams to deliver solutions for our clients and consultants. The team also focuses on building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with the largest pensions, endowments, corporations, unions, sovereign wealth funds and family offices globally.
Responsibilities
- Develop asset‑class fluency and a solid understanding of PGIM strategies (traditional fixed income, private credit, real estate and equities).
- Initially provide assistance in manager research processes, new business opportunities EMEA‑wide oversight, and in time fully own these processes.
- Use your private credit experience to build relationships with consultants specialising in this area.
- Attend proprietary and third‑party conferences and events to represent PGIM and develop your own network.
Qualifications
- Partner with internal teams across global offices to further prospecting efforts and broader ad‑hoc collaborative projects (product strategy, marketing, investment professionals, compliance and executive management).
- Fixed income expertise.
- Private markets experience.
- Significant investment experience.
- Investment consulting experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience of working across a broad range of client types (DC, DB, family offices, E&F, insurance, charities, SWFs).
