We have an exciting opportunity in Adviser Marketing for a one-year maternity cover. This role leads the planning, delivery and optimisation of adviser facing marketing across media packages, strategic accounts and third party partners. It ensures activity is insight driven, compliant and aligned to Marketing Ways of Working, while strengthening adviser engagement and supporting high quality content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and optimise the annual media package with external partners, ensuring timely delivery, clear budgets and strong campaign performance.
  • Maintain strong agency relationships through regular check‑ins, shared planning and proactive issue resolution.
  • Ensure all activity follows Marketing Ways of Working processes for high‑quality, collaborative and compliant output.
  • Develop tailored content and campaign plans aligned to each partner’s channel strengths and adviser audience.
  • Use insight and performance data to refine activity and prioritise high‑performing formats.
  • Repurpose strong content to improve efficiency, visibility and consistency across channels.
  • Manage workflows through standard briefing processes, working collaboratively with Centre’s of Excellence to ensure quality and compliance across all outputs.
  • Coordinate and deliver follow‑up activity for strategic account events, including adviser‑facing email communications to drive continued engagement and reinforce key messages.
  • Support the organisation of partnership events where required, ensuring alignment with partner needs, adviser expectations and overall marketing objectives.
Key Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to manage campaigns end‑to‑end across multiple external partners.
  • Skilled in using performance insight to inform decisions and strengthen outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder and partner management skills, balancing competing priorities effectively.
  • Confident delivering high‑quality, compliant work through structured processes.
  • Ability to write clear, action‑led communications aligned to brand tone of voice.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate insight into practical, meaningful action.
  • Collaborative working style with internal teams and external partners.
  • Adaptability and a solution‑focused approach.
