An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Adviser Marketing team as a Marketing Executive. As part of a fun and energetic team, you’ll play a key role in taking our products and propositions to market. You’ll work closely with your colleagues in the team as well as key stakeholders across the business to make sure we have the right level of compliant support material available to effectively communicate key benefits to our range of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development, delivery and maintenance of marketing collateral to the required quality level and in agreed timelines.
  • Work closely with the Adviser Marketing team to ensure our channel activity is managed, optimised and measured in conjunction with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Marketing Managers to support the delivery of fully integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver quick win activity when opportunities are presented to support business targets.
  • Create promotional and support material for various initiatives such as social media, web presence and trafficking of verification data and amends.
  • Deliver reporting against KPIs and budget on a regular basis to monitor effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all take to market activities comply with regulatory requirements, including marketing compliance.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Prior Marketing experience gained in financial services marketing is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong project management skills, specifically the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills, keeping colleagues updated on project status and in the loop on decision making.
  • You must demonstrate the ability to adapt, learn quickly and pick up new skills.
  • You must be able to demonstrate a will to challenge the status quo to effect change.
  • You must be able to demonstrate attention to detail for example proof reading.
  • Good investment and pension knowledge across funds and products would be helpful, but not essential.

Location: Edinburgh or Stirling (Hybrid 2 - 3 days per week)
