What you will do
PGIM’s broad range of investment solutions allows us to deliver a diversified suite of actively managed solutions across a broad spectrum of asset classes and investment styles to meet investors’ long-term needs. We provide the focus, expertise, innovation, and attention to risk demanded by the most sophisticated investors through products managed by our asset management teams: PGIM Public and Private Fixed Income, PGIM Real Estate, Jennison Associates, and PGIM Quantitative Solutions. PGIM launched an Irish domiciled UCITS platform in 2013 (PGIM Funds PLC) which currently has over $12 billion in assets across 27 funds in a variety of strategies. These assets have come from third parties as well as PGIM seed capital. PGIM has since launched other UCITs & Alternatives vehicles in Ireland and Luxembourg to support our distribution strategy. PGIM has taken a strategic decision to aggressively pursue asset raising opportunities in global retail markets and is developing relationships with third party distributors outside the US, with a primary focus on EMEA, Asia & South America. The Distributor Relations & Services team is part of PGIM Operations and provides support for distributors and clients investing in our UCITs and alternative funds.
What you can expect
- Support the Senior Director for Distributor Relations and Service in the proactive engagement with key distributors to both attract them to PGIM as a fund provider and ensure that, once live, PGIM is a priority and a strong relationship develops
- Support the distribution effort and enhance the client experience with respect to:
- RFP support
- Account opening and client onboarding
- Trade related events
- Query management
What you will bring
- Financial services experience, preferably within a Client Service / Sales Support capacity
- Understanding of Intermediary distribution, including knowledge of key firms
- Understanding of Transfer Agency in Private and/or Public Asset classes
- Understanding of fund types UCITS, QIFs and Alternatives
- Fluency in a European language (French, German or Italian) is a necessity.
- Strong project management capabilities
- High energy, enthusiastic, high quality interpersonal skills, especially influencing and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work collaboratively in team environment as well as independently as a self-starter at times
- Excellent attention to process and detail
- Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferable
What we offer you
- Private Medical Insurance: PGIM offers private medical insurance and pays the full premium on behalf of all employees.
- Annual Leave of 25 to 28 days, based on years of service, at full pay.
- Retirement Savings Plan: Employees receive a company contribution of 10% basic annual salary and a maximum employer-matching contribution of 5% of basic annual salary.
- Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 8 times your basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 60% of your basic annual salary for a limited payment terms of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2x your basic annual salary is payable.
