We’re passionate about making a meaningful impact - touching the lives of millions and solving financial challenges in an ever-changing world. We also believe talent is key to achieving our vision and are intentional about building a culture on respect and collaboration.
What you will do:
- We are seeking a full time Analyst to join the Corporate & Projects Workouts (“CPW”) team in London.

- With a footprint in Chicago, New York and London, the London team’s portfolio covers UK and European assets but works directly with the US based teams.
- As the underwriting side is industry agnostic, you will get exposure to a broad array of businesses and situations, from FTSE250 companies, to private family owned enterprises and mezzanine debt investments.

- Carry out financial analysis and modelling, including manual valuations.
- Complete written memos for internal approval and monitoring purposes.
- Coordinate with external parties effectively, whether senior management teams of portfolio companies, external lawyers or financial advisors.
- Review supporting information and analysis for live restructurings.
- Ongoing monitoring requirements for portfolio companies.
