Business Lead to own and scale strategic products, markets, or customer segments within the Consumer business.

This is a high-ownership role with responsibility for growth, revenue, product strategy, go-to-market execution, and business performance.

You will act as the business owner for your area, working closely with Product, Engineering, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Finance, and Regional teams to launch new initiatives, improve economics, and win market share.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of a strategic business area within Consumer.
  • Drive product‑led growth across key business metrics, including users, activity, revenue, margin, retention, and P&L.
  • Launch new products, features, markets, or customer propositions across key segments and regions.
  • Build business cases for new opportunities, including market size, customer demand, economics, operational requirements, and risk.
  • Partner with Technical product leads to define, prioritize, and ship customer‑facing features.
  • Work with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Compliance to optimize pricing, economics, risk controls, and profitability.
  • Lead go‑to‑market plans with Marketing, CRM, Growth, and Regional teams.
  • Track competitors, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities to differentiate and win share.
  • Establish a clear operating cadence around performance, experimentation, launches, and business management.
  • WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Experience in a GM, business lead, product, growth, strategy role in fintech or crypto.
  • Proven ability to own or influence commercial outcomes such as revenue, users, volume, balances, retention, margin, or P&L.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with business modeling, pricing, funnels, unit economics, and profitability.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to work closely with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to align senior stakeholders around strategy, priorities, and trade‑offs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and measurable impact.
