We’re seeking a visionary Brand Design Lead to shape the visual identity and creative direction of one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency platforms. WHAT YOU WILL DO- Lead Brand Strategy: Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels (web, app, social media, events, and more).
- Build Scalable Systems: Develop and maintain comprehensive brand design systems, including style guides, iconography, and motion design, to scale our brand across platforms.
- Drive Creative Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends and push boundaries to create a brand that feels modern, trustworthy, and forward‑thinking.
- Mentor & Collaborate: Lead a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align design with business goals.
