PRS Recruitment are partnered with a growing Facilities Management and Building Services contractor delivering Hard FM and capital project works across commercial, education, healthcare, and other high-compliance environments.
We are seeking a HSEQ & Compliance Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery and administration of HSEQ systems across our FM and Projects divisions. This is a developmental role, ideal for a graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in Health & Safety and compliance, who is looking to build a long-term career and progress into a senior HSEQ position.
Key Responsibilities- Health & Safety: Support the preparation, review and control of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain training matrices, compliance registers and certification records.
- Environmental: Maintain environmental compliance records and support sustainability and waste management initiatives as required.
- Operational Support: Work with Contract Managers and site teams to promote safe working practices, support contract mobilisation and project start-up activities, assist with tender submissions and client compliance documentation, and attend site visits across London and the South East.
- Degree or qualification in Health & Safety, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards).
- Exposure to construction, facilities management or engineering environments.
- Structured onboarding and mentoring.
- Support towards NEBOSH qualifications and professional memberships.
- Clear progression pathway towards HSEQ Advisor / Manager roles.
