This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Engineer looking to secure a new challenge in the building services and facilities maintenance sector. We're looking for a field sales representative covering the Northwest area and must be based within the Northwest Region. The role is to sell Mechanical and Electrical maintenance and project services to prospective and existing clients. Field sales and site surveys is an essential aspect for the job.
This role will involve:
- Mapping and management of sales opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of quotations of Mechanical and Electrical maintenance and project works
- Achieve significant growth with identified key accounts
- Planning ahead geographical area sales activities
- Weekly face to face sales activities - site visits on warm and new client targets
- Relationship building with new and existing client decision makers
- North West and Midlands travel
- Liaison with on site Facility and Contract Managers and the operations team
- "Door knocking" on position targets
Requirements:
- To be competent in using basic Microsoft office tools including Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners
- To have previous Sales Engineer experience ideally within the M&E arena
- Ideally to have worked as a field based sales rep
- Valid UK Driving License
