We are seeking to recruit experienced Handyperson/Facilities Co-ordinator based in the Warrington area.
The Company: Our client is a leading Facility Management and property maintenance company delivering integrated Building and Facilities Management Services, to a number of prestigious clients across the UK.
The Person:
- All applicants must have experience of carrying out general handyperson duties including fire alarm tests, water temperature checks, managing contractors on site etc.
- You must be smart and well-presented and capable of communicating at all levels.
