Our client, a well established Facilities Management company working within the Healthcare Sector, are seeking a Van Mobile Multiskilled Engineer to join the South team on a full-time basis. Working within West London, around the Hounslow area.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in specialist discipline (18th Edition)
 - IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is highly desirable
 - IPAF / PASMA would be beneficial
 - Legionella Awareness
 - Any HTM or AP training would be beneficial
 - The technical ability to fault find, problem solve and diagnose issues
 - A flexible, proactive and adaptable approach, willing to seek and suggest solutions
 
The Role
- To deliver mechanical, electrical and fabric PPM in accordance with the relevant guidelines and service levels, for example, SFG20 HTM aligned
 - To carry out Reactive Maintenance duties assigned by the Helpdesk, paying attention to contractual parameters and timeframes
 - To update and close tasks out in real time using the tablet provided
 - Working with H&S compliance teams to ensure compliance with all Health and Safety Regulations, Statutory Obligations, HTM requirements, RAMS and Permits are fully observed, managed, and always adhered to
 - Awareness of Statutory Compliance requirements in line with HTM / Industry Standards
