The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of one of London's leading property maintenance companies for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected business, providing mechanical building services maintenance across a portfolio of luxury residential developments throughout London.
You'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs across a range of mechanical building services systems.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of premium residential properties.
Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of mechanical building services equipment.
Service and maintain Fan Coil Units (FCUs), MVHR systems, underfloor heating systems, booster pumps, circulating pumps, and domestic plumbing systems.
Replace and repair FCU components including valves, actuators, and motors.
Carry out general mechanical maintenance and minor building fabric repairs where required.
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Participate in the on-call rota (1 week in every 3).
Requirements NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years' experience within a mechanical maintenance or building services environment.
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Strong working knowledge of
Fan Coil Units (FCUs) MVHR systems Underfloor heating Booster pumps Circulating pumps Domestic plumbing systems Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take on additional responsibilities.
Full UK driving licence.
