Van Mobile HVAC Engineer – £51,000 – London Location: London Salary: Salary up to £51,000 + Plenty of Overtime PRS is currently recruiting for a Van Mobile Mechancial HVAC Engineer to look after a Portoflio of Critical Sites across London. The successful candidate will be mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this Portfolio. Working with the maintenance team on site. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, overtime, and the chance to progress your career. My client has 2 roles: Hours – Night Shift – 6pm – 6am (4 on 4 off rotation) Hours – Days Shift – 6am – 6pm (4 on 4 off rotation) Package: £51,000 Overtime available with uncapped earning potential Fully expensed van, fuel card and mobile phone etc. Pension scheme. 24 shift days holidays First class Training Uniform provided Fantastic Progression opportunitiesDuties: Ensure that fault assignments are attended, diagnosed and repaired in line with agreed contractual SLA Complete Breakdowns, Compressure Changes, Water Leaks, HVAC Maintenance Plant Ensure that suitable spares are available to complete allocated tasks Ensure that all relevant site documentation is held and maintained Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are always prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices To develop a good working relationship with all members of staff, subcontractors and the client representatives Ensure up to date plant logs are always kept up to date Ensure that all plant rooms under the responsibility of the organization are kept in a clean and tidy condition To undertake lone working when and where required, subject to passing satisfactory training Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI’s/SLA’s Ensure CAFM system is kept up to date and that Reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data capturedRequirements: City and Guilds NVQ Level 2-3 in Plumbing / Mechanical Able to take part in call out rota To hold a Full UK Driving License
