PRS is seeking an experienced Asset Management & PPM Lead to join our Facilities Management team in Swindon.
This hybrid role involves owning asset management processes, statutory compliance reporting and scheduling of preventive maintenance.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of PPM and Asset Coordinators, maintain asset registers, drive continuous improvement and align asset management with client objectives.
Travel to Swindon offices 1-2 times weekly is required.
