Facilities Asset Manager Hybrid - with travel to Swindon offices 1-2 times a week Β£42000, 12 month FTC We are looking for an experienced and driven Asset Management & PPM Lead to join our Facilities Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and technically skilled professional to take ownership of asset management processes, statutory compliance reporting and PPM scheduling within a complex operational environment. You will play a key role in ensuring asset data integrity, driving operational excellence and supporting long-term estates strategy. Lead, manage and develop the PPM and Asset Coordinators team β€’ Oversee Asset Change and PPM Scheduling processes β€’ Ensure asset registers and PPM schedules remain accurate, compliant and up to date β€’ Collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to align asset management processes with business objectives β€’ Support BIM data alignment and ensure change control protocols are maintained and audited β€’ Drive continuous improvement across asset management systems and processes β€’ Identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation β€’ Support and develop colleagues through training and knowledge sharing Recognised qualification in Asset Management βœ” Strong understanding of Facilities Management environments βœ” Significant experience within complex asset management operations βœ” Advanced MS Excel skills βœ” Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills βœ” High attention to detail and quality-driven mindset βœ” If you are passionate about asset management, operational excellence and driving continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you.
