Position: Fabric Maintenance Handyperson Type: Temporary ongoing (view for Temp to Perm) Basic: Circa £30,000 - Mon-Fri (14.66/hr) Location: York We are recruiting for a Maintenance Handyperson based in the Stokcton-on-Tees area covering the maintenance of a large scale estate. The role will involve general handyperson aspects of building maintenance including compliance checks, general building upkeep, basic trades etc. The role is a temporary position with a view to move to a Temp-Perm role for the right candidate.
