We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Supervisor for a very prestigious site in the South West London area, for a world-renowned organisation. This is to work within one of the most prestigious sporting event complexes in the UK and to this effect all candidates must be hard working, presentable and a great communicator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work direct for a very prestigious business which is known for their internal opportunities regarding progression and training opportunities.
We are looking for the next superstar within HVAC building maintenance who must be extremely proactive and self-driven. Prospective candidates must have at least 5 years hands on building services experience for this urgent new challenging vacancy. You must have previously worked as a supervisor as you will be responsible for a site-based team of multi-skilled technicians of both new and long service engineers, covering the planned and reactive maintenance to both M&E systems and equipment.
Engineers must be multi-skilled but can come from either an electrical or mechanical background and hold a minimum of City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent.
Working on a 4 on 4 off Days Only 11 hr shift rota (including 1 hr unpaid lunch where the normal start time is 7am and finishing at 6pm though this will be flexible on event days especially midweek where the start time would be 12pm and finishing at 11pm).
Due to the high-profile nature of the site, the client needs experienced maintenance supervisors with strong technical aptitude. Candidates need good working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, to include Power & lighting, AHUs, FCUs, split A/C units, 1st line maintenance to chillers/boilers, pumps, motors etc.
