We’re recruiting for a national building services provider seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their mobile maintenance team. This is a varied role covering a mix of commercial properties, offering autonomy, stability and a strong benefits package.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on commercial heating systems
- Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns
- Diagnose and repair faults on boilers, burners, heating systems and associated plant
- Complete gas safety checks, testing and certification
- Support with general building services tasks such as basic plumbing, AHUs, pumps, and mechanical maintenance
- Ensure all work is delivered safely and in line with regulations
- Maintain accurate paperwork, job reports and compliance documentation
- Manage and prioritise your own workload across multiple sites
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong on-site relationships

Requirements:
- Full commercial gas qualifications (COCN1/COCNA1/CCN1 + modules)
- Proven experience within commercial maintenance
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working independently
