Location: London – Hybrid (80% Remote / 20% On-Site)

Salary: £48,000 + 16% Annual Bonus + Optional Weekend Overtime

We are looking for an experienced BMS Applications Engineer to join our growing engineering team in London, delivering projects on a global scale for large enterprise clients using industry-leading technologies and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled engineer with strong Building Management Systems experience who enjoys working across programming, commissioning, integration, and customer support in a highly collaborative environment.

The Role

The purpose of this position is to carry out Master Systems Integration of Building Management Systems (BMS), build control databases, engineer user interfaces, and configure control systems based on project specifications and sales proposals. You will provide both remote and on-site technical support to installers and customers, perform system commissioning and startup activities, and support the remote installation of software and control programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create programming logic using flow diagrams, sequences of operation, panel layouts, termination details, and project specifications
  • Program control applications using a variety of software tools supporting:
    • Operator workstations
    • DDC field panels
    • Third-party integration devices across multiple communication protocols
