This is a hands-on senior role at the heart of data centre operations, combining deep M&E expertise, calm operational governance, and a modern, people-first management style across multiple live facilities.
What you’ll own:
- End-to-end technical authority for critical M&E systems
- 24/7/365 operational resilience, reliability & zero-impact delivery
- Leadership of multidisciplinary operations teams and outsourced FM partners
- Strategic input into future facilities, expansions, testing & handover
- Operational & capex budgets, cost optimisation and asset-level P&L awareness
- KPI, SLA and facility-health reporting that actually drives decisions
- Risk management, compliance, incident response & business continuity
- Senior escalation point for major incidents – steady hands required
