Lead Permanent Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to help drive our next phase of expansion.

The Opportunity
This is a genuine leadership position for a high-performing recruitment professional who wants to combine a successful billing desk with developing and managing a team of recruiters.
You'll inherit warm relationships, established PSLs and recognised market sectors, but your success will come from your ability to identify opportunities, win new clients, develop existing accounts and create a high-performance sales culture.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and develop a team of recruitment consultants, driving activity, accountability and high performance.
- Continue to build and grow your own profitable permanent recruitment desk.
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic sales activity, networking and client development.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts, increasing market share and developing long-term partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiate recruitment agreements and secure exclusive assignments.
- Drive KPIs across business development, candidate generation, interviews, offers and placements.
- Mentor junior consultants, sharing recruitment best practice and helping develop future top performers.
- Build strong relationships with senior hiring managers across your specialist market.
- Work closely with senior management to develop growth strategies and expand market presence.
- Champion a positive, energetic and success-driven culture across the office.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in ambitious recruiters who genuinely enjoy selling and leading people.
You'll ideally have
- A proven permanent recruitment billing history (£180,000+ annually preferred).
- Experience managing, mentoring or leading recruitment consultants.
- Outstanding business development and client relationship skills.
- A consultative sales approach with excellent commercial awareness.
- A track record of winning new clients and growing existing accounts.
- The ability to motivate, inspire and develop others.
- High levels of resilience, professionalism and personal ambition.
- A genuine desire to progress into senior management.
