We are looking for an experienced and driven Asset Management & PPM Lead to join our Facilities Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and technically skilled professional to take ownership of asset management processes, statutory compliance reporting and PPM scheduling within a complex operational environment. You will play a key role in ensuring asset data integrity, driving operational excellence and supporting long-term estates strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and develop the PPM and Asset Coordinators team
  • Oversee Asset Change and PPM Scheduling processes
  • Ensure asset registers and PPM schedules remain accurate, compliant and up to date
  • Manage statutory compliance reporting, certification checks and remedial works
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to align asset management processes with business objectives
  • Support BIM data alignment and ensure change control protocols are maintained and audited
  • Drive continuous improvement across asset management systems and processes
  • Maintain operational input into the Forward Works Plan and Register
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation
  • Support and develop colleagues through training and knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recognised qualification in Asset Management
  • Strong understanding of Facilities Management environments
  • Significant experience within complex asset management operations
  • Experience using CAFM / CMMS systems
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead change and work cross-functionally with clients and suppliers
  • High attention to detail and quality-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Eligibility to pass client security vetting
