We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Resourcer to join a small team working across a busy blue-collar contracts desk.
You’ll be supporting a team of two consultants, taking responsibility for sourcing and delivering candidates across temporary and contract roles within Construction, FM and Engineering.
The role
- Source and deliver candidates for a busy contracts desk
- Use job boards, LinkedIn and other sourcing methods to identify suitable candidates
- Screen and qualify candidates before sending them to the consultants
- Manage candidate availability and keep in regular contact
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network
- Advertise vacancies and manage applications
- Work to tight timescales and react quickly to client requirements
- Support the consultants with candidate delivery across multiple roles
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and maintain a reliable talent pool
- Take ownership of your workload and work closely with the two consultants
About you
- Previous recruitment resourcing experience
- Experience within Construction, FM, Engineering or another blue-collar sector is preferred
- Experience working on a temporary or contracts desk would be an advantage
- Confident sourcing, screening and engaging candidates
- Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple requirements
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Able to work independently while being part of a small team
- Happy to pick up the phone and actively source candidates, rather than relying solely on applications
What’s on offer
- Small team of two consultants
- Senior resourcing position with genuine responsibility
- Opportunity to develop further within the business
We’re looking for someone who already knows how to resource effectively and can keep a busy contracts desk supplied with quality, available candidates.
