Phoenix Resourcing Services Ltd (PRS) is recruiting for a Senior Hospitality recruiter to join a growing team with well-established clients. The role requires a consultant who can hit the ground running and manage a full 360 client portfolio, building relationships and resourcing a busy desk.
Responsibilities:
- Account management for approximately 1000 hours per week.
- Work is front-of-house (FOH) and within budget & invoicing (B&I).
- Engage with around 12 established PSLs (Partner Service Lists) to drive account growth, starting in January 2026.
- Develop new business and maintain existing client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 months recruiting for hospitality and catering front-of-house teams.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.
Compensation:
- Base salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
- Opportunity to earn additional commissions.
