We are looking for a reliable and experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to work across a portfolio of high-end residential apartments throughout London. This role suits a professional engineer who is confident working in occupied, premium homes and delivering a high standard of service.
The Role
- Gas breakdowns and fault finding
- Boiler and domestic gas appliance servicing
- Carrying out Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s)
- Repairs, replacements, and minor installations
- Working in occupied homes and premium residential environments
- Ensuring all works comply with current Gas Safe and safety regulations
- Maintaining a professional approach when dealing with residents, managing agents, and site teams
Essential Requirements
- Valid Gas Safe registration (must already be registered)
- Valid ACS qualifications (minimum 12 months remaining):
- CCN1
- CPA1
- CENWAT
- CKR1
- HTR1
