Part-Time Receptionist – Temp to Perm

Location: Salford Quays

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 2:30pm

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Pay rate: £12.82ph + holiday pay

We are currently recruiting for a friendly, professional and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our client’s team based in Salford Quays. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and providing a professional and welcoming service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
  • Managing the reception area and ensuring it is kept presentable at all times
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Responding to general enquiries
  • Carrying out general administrative duties
  • Booking meeting rooms and assisting with meeting arrangements
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience would be advantageous
  • Professional, friendly and approachable manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 2:30pm
