The Role
We are seeking a HSEQ & Compliance Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery and administration of HSEQ systems across our FM and Projects divisions. This is a developmental role, ideal for a graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in Health & Safety and compliance, who is looking to build a long-term career and progress into a senior HSEQ position.
Key Responsibilities
- Health & Safety
- Support the preparation, review and control of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Quality & Compliance
- Maintain training matrices, compliance registers and certification records
- Environmental
- Maintain environmental compliance records
- Support sustainability and waste management initiatives as required
- Operational Support
- Work with Contract Managers and site teams to promote safe working practices
- Support contract mobilisation and project start-up activities
- Assist with tender submissions and client compliance documentation
- Attend site visits across London and the South East
Desirable
- Degree or qualification in Health & Safety, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)
- Exposure to construction, facilities management or engineering environments
Training & Development
- Structured onboarding and mentoring
- Support towards NEBOSH qualifications and professional memberships
- Clear progression pathway towards HSEQ Advisor / Manager roles
