PRS have been established for over 25 yrs with a successful track record, large client and candidate portfolios, with offices throughout the UK and in Texas USA, supplying a full range of personnel into our market sectors, Hospitality and Contract Catering, Cleaning and Support Services, Building Services Engineering – commercial & critical engineering, Data centre, Administration, office support and back office, Energy, Senior Management – Facilities, Engineering and Property.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Managing Consultant for hospitality FOH/BOH operations and sales, a proven track record of running a successful 360 desk alongside leading and developing a focused and dedicated Recruitment team.
We are open to industry background and are looking for someone with a proven track record of the recruitment sector, with strong sales and leadership skills.
We use a consultative approach with our clients, and this role is all about building relationships – with our clients, candidates and the wider organisation.
Recruitment duties
- Managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights
- Business development to engage with new clients and expansion of existing client network
- Management, direction, support and growth of a team of Recruiters.
- Full 360 desk processes and Management
- Temporary payroll and compliance to be overseen at a Team level.
- Sourcing candidates using a range of innovative channels including social media, CRM Data base, industry press, Linked In and job boards
- Interviewing candidates, formatting CVs and producing descriptive and persuasive bios to send to clients
- Networking and local network events
- Client entertainment
Management duties
Developing and mentoring the team through regular monthly sales plans
Regular one-to-ones with team members
Performance management
Setting and monitoring KPI’s
Implementing initiatives and projects from senior management
