This is a genuine hot desk, currently running up to 40 temporary engineers, with strong client relationships, consistent demand, and serious earning potential.

The Role – Lead FM Sales / Engineering Consultant
You’ll operate as a 180 Sales Consultant, focused on developing and expanding this key account. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing the Key Account/s
- Running a busy temp desk (up to 40 contractors)
- Developing new opportunities within the account – new and existing BD Networking events
- Acting as a senior, client‑facing point of contact
- Driving revenue growth and service excellence
- Building and leading a team as the desk expands
You’ll be fully supported by a capable and experienced resourcing team, allowing you to concentrate on client development and commercial growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to step into a Lead Consultant role and shape a team around them.
