This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established desk, gaining immediate access to Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs) within the UK hospitality industry. The Opportunity
This is a dual-desk role, managing both temporary and permanent recruitment assignments. You will be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team, responsible for developing client relationships, sourcing top talent, and delivering high-quality staffing solutions to prestigious clients within the hospitality and contract catering sectors. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven recruiter with a flair for business development and a strong desire to take ownership of their own desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a Dual Desk: Deliver comprehensive recruitment services across both temporary and permanent roles for a diverse range of clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Leverage multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and our internal database, to source top-tier candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, reference checks, and compliance verifications.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring the ability to meet ongoing client demands.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from initial interviews to offer presentation, feedback, and smooth candidate onboarding.
- Market Insight: Stay current on sector trends, market conditions, and relevant legislation affecting the hospitality and contract catering industries.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain precise, up-to-date records using our advanced CRM and applicant tracking system.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Recruitment Experience: Ideally within the hospitality or high-volume sectors.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confidence in building relationships and engaging with clients and candidates.
- Experience with Dual Desk Recruitment: Managing both temporary and permanent roles is highly desirable.
- Organised & Driven: A self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet targets.

What You’ll Receive in Return
- Competitive Salary: £32,000–£40,000 basic, plus uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £60,000–£80,000+.
