Are you great at building relationships and want to take the next step in your recruitment or sales career? We’re a specialist recruitment agency based in the City of London, and we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Building Services Engineering team. You’ll manage and grow key client accounts, working on live roles across HVAC, mechanical, and electrical engineering. This is a warm desk with huge growth potential — and a team who’ll support you every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and growing relationships with key clients
  • Taking detailed briefs and working closely with delivery consultants
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to major names in the built environment
  • Helping clients hire top talent across building services roles

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, or account management
