We’re a specialist recruitment agency based in the City of London, and we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Building Services Engineering team. You’ll manage and grow key client accounts, working on live roles across HVAC, mechanical, and electrical engineering. This is a warm desk with huge growth potential — and a team who’ll support you every step of the way.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and growing relationships with key clients
- Taking detailed briefs and working closely with delivery consultants
- Becoming a trusted advisor to major names in the built environment
- Helping clients hire top talent across building services roles
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, or account management
- Strong communicator who thrives on people and problem-solving
