PRS Recruitment is recruiting a Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance at Reading. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Fabric Handyman currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £20 per hour with a potential temp to perm position.

Duties:

  • Basic Plumbing
  • Basic Carpentry
  • Lamp changing
  • Take Tap Temperatures
  • Flushing PPM’s
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Assist other engineers onsite as required
  • Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic)
