Overview: Project Manager - Hard FM – Nottingham. Up to £65,000 per annum plus car allowance, bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management of building services projects such as LED lighting upgrades, fire alarm replacements, boiler replacements and upgrades, chiller replacement and upgrades.
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant Technical Memorandum.
- Liaise with colleagues and managers to determine and identify project opportunities.
- Ensure that the Project Delivery Team complies with Policies in respect of Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and competency.
- Work with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scope(s) of work(s).
- Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations.
- Carry out full tender analysis of all sub-contractor returns.
- Ensure all completed work is delivered on budget and invoiced correctly.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
- Lead in quoting and delivering contract Variations and client Life Cycle as required.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored.
Qualifications:
- Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical or similar (desirable).
- Previous experience of Project Management, ideally within a facilities/hard FM environment.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of up to £65,000 per annum, car allowance, annual bonus of up to 20% and healthcare.
