You will play a key role in coordinating project activities, managing subcontractor and project partner performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the successful delivery of projects alongside the Senior Projects Manager.
- Coordinate subcontractors and project partners to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Review and manage RAMS, ensuring compliance with project, site, and health & safety requirements.
- Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and performance, producing regular reports for senior management.
- Maintain project documentation, including certifications, commissioning records, O&M manuals, and drawing approvals.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Attend project, technical, and client meetings, providing support with tender and technical submissions.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, Fire Safety procedures, and ISO management systems.
- Act as a key point of contact for project escalations and subcontractor performance management.
About You
- Experienced in Construction or a related environment.
- Confident coordinating multiple subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Familiar with RAMS, Health & Safety procedures and project compliance requirements.
- Experienced in producing project reports and managing project documentation.
- Organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team.
