The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

You will play a key role in coordinating project activities, managing subcontractor and project partner performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion.

Support the successful delivery of projects alongside the Senior Projects Manager.

Coordinate subcontractors and project partners to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Review and manage RAMS, ensuring compliance with project, site, and health & safety requirements.

Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and performance, producing regular reports for senior management.

Maintain project documentation, including certifications, commissioning records, O&M manuals, and drawing approvals.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Attend project, technical, and client meetings, providing support with tender and technical submissions.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, Fire Safety procedures, and ISO management systems.

Act as a key point of contact for project escalations and subcontractor performance management.

  • Confident coordinating multiple subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Familiar with RAMS, Health & Safety procedures and project compliance requirements.
  • Experienced in producing project reports and managing project documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
