Permit Manager - Prestigious New Office Development | Holborn, London Are you an experienced Permit Manager with a strong understanding of building services, life safety systems and contractor control?

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team delivering one of London's newest premium office developments in Holborn.

Working at the critical stage between construction completion and operational handover, you will play a vital role in ensuring works are safely managed, coordinated and controlled across the building.

Acting as the key interface between Multiplex, Structure Tone and the appointed Facilities Management provider, you will oversee the Permit-to-Work process, review RAMS and QHSE documentation, support CDM compliance and help navigate the building successfully through Practical Completion.

This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong health and safety background with a broad technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems.

Key Responsibilities Manage and authorise Permit-to-Work activities.

Review RAMS and contractor safety documentation.

Support CDM compliance through to Practical Completion.

Assess the operational impact of planned works and shutdowns.

Coordinate activities between construction, fit-out and facilities teams.

Ensure all works are completed safely and in compliance with site procedures.
