We are looking for a fabric maintenance engineer, from a painting and decorating background to work at a prestigious site in South Birmingham. This role will suit a painter that wants to be site based, and lives within reasonable commuting distance of South Birmingham. This role is mainly Monday - Friday but with some weekend working required (time off in lieu).
You will be a qualified painter and decorator ideally with experience working in the maintenance industry, and be someone that is looking for a settled, site based, permanent role.
Main duties:
- Carry out painting and decorating tasks.
- Reactive repair work as and when required.
- Support colleagues with general maintenance tasks as and when required.
- Maintain accurate records including logs, paperwork, reports.
£32,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus stats.
