Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Maintain accurate documentation for power, space, and network management. Security Clearance (SC) eligibility (5+ years of continuous UK residency required). 5+ years of data centre operations experience. Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure, IT networking, and cabling. Proven leadership or supervisory experience. Ability to implement process improvements and optimize operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. GCSE level passes in Mathematics and English.Preferred Qualifications Certified project management training (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP). Experience with StruxureWare DCE/DCO, TrackIT, or similar tools.
