PRS has engaged with a new client and a world leading manufacturer of products and systems provided to the Thermal Energy Sector. Due to a recent retirement from the service engineering team, we are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join an exciting and thriving business, where progression and opportunity development is encouraged.
As the Service Engineer, you will be operating in local counties such as Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and parts of Cambridgeshire. No travel inside the M25 but you could occasionally have to travel to parts of Essex also.
My client are market leaders in the design and manufacture of industrial steam boilers, thermal fluid heaters and thermal oxidizers and have an enviable reputation for high quality products and after-sales service.
As the Field Service Engineer, ideally you will have experience of combustion equipment, electrical controls and systems and an appreciation of steam applications and distribution systems.
Working from home as part of a nationwide team, a full driving license, flexible attitude and the ability to work without supervision in a customer-driven environment are essential.
- Sound electro-mechanical skills
- Industrial or commercial gas qualification
- An appreciation for electronic burner management control would be an advantage but not essential at present.
We can offer high potential earnings depending on experience plus overtime, a Company vehicle, Pension Scheme and expense allowances.
