About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator / Receptionist to join a professional corporate environment based in Worthing. This is a part-time opportunity offering 20 hours per week, with an immediate start through to December 2026, with potential for extension. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys creating a welcoming and engaging workplace experience. No two days are the same, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring colleagues and visitors receive an exceptional experience from arrival through to departure. Flexibility is essential, as occasional full-day cover will be required for holidays and business needs. There may also be occasional travel to the Whiteley office to provide additional support.
