Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer\\n Southampton & Surrounding Area\\n £48,000 + Benefits\\n\\nWe’re looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Engineers to support a portfolio of sites across Southampton and the surrounding area working for one of our clients a leading facilities maintenance provider. \\n \\nThe Role:\\n \\nThis is a hands-on, mobile position covering planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and compliance tasks across multiple locations. You’ll be responsible for delivering PPMs (planned preventative maintenance) to ensure sites remain safe, compliant, and operating efficiently, alongside attending reactive call-outs when needed.\\n \\nThe role offers strong variety, autonomy, and exposure to a wide range of building services work.\\n You will also join a call-out rota (frequency to be confirmed) and will have access to regular overtime.\\n \\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\n\\nA base trade in electrical or mechanical engineering\\nAbility to work across both disciplines where required\\nHelpful additional knowledge in A/C, HVAC, or combustion would be advantageous\\nExperience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks\\nA full UK driving licenceWhat’s On Offer:\\n\\nUp to £48,000 depending on experience + Qualifications\\n25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays\\nComprehensive benefits package\\nCompany van, fuel card, tools, and all travel costs covered\\nOvertime opportunities\\nParticipation in an on-call rota\\nLong-term, stable role with development potentialIf you’re a proactive, adaptable engineer who enjoys mobile work and a varied workload, we’d love to hear from you.\\n\\n Apply today to discuss the opportunity further
